Objetiva-se apresentar os trabalhos de Arthur Danto e Hans Belting, tendo em vista o contexto do qual emergem (o lugar do discurso) para, com isso, esclarecer o que entendem por “fim”, elucidando pontos fundamentais do pensamento de ambos.
